On the rare occasion that this is not possible we can create functionality within our own developed tools and software – namely the innovative and agile Warehouse Management ‘User Service Portal’ or USP application for short. Here we have developed features and functions to extend the depth, reach and performance of your JDA/RedPrairie/Blue Yonder investment.

New Dispatcher WMS UI Upgrades

Socius24 are a leading Dispatcher WMS sales and services implementation and support partner for Blue Yonder.

Socius24 has provided a number of innovative solutions for our existing software maintenance paying Dispatcher WMS customers. We are able to provide a ‘test’ installation of the new UI either on the customers hardware/cloud/vm estate or we can host on our cloud solutions.

The first option is delivered as professional services and we require access to the customers infrastructure. This service can only be provided for existing Dispatcher WMS customers, those that either RedPrairie/JDA/Blue Yonder have as existing customers or where Socius24 has sold and implemented the solution over the last ten years.

The second option again is for existing customers, but Socius24 provide the PaaS under our services tPack and monthly rental for as long as is required. Data can be exported to a customer test instance at a later time should this be required.

Customers are taking these options from Socius24 to gain market advantage in ‘getting up to speed’ on the new UI, testing functionality and features, pre-training their staff and in the case of several of our 3PL customers, even demo’ing to their existing or potential new Clients.
