Craig Jones

With more than twenty five years’ experience in delivering software, design or mechanical engineering solutions, Craig is a world travelled, experienced entrepreneur. Having spent the last seventeen years expanding boundaries; growing a global footprint, implementing WMS Solutions in more than fifteen countries (for many of the World’s top companies), he is now applying this experience and passion to bring excellence to your business.
Being told “it’s impossible” is where many of his journeys have begun. With first time Go-lives in greenfield territories, taking WMS product into Europe in the 1990s, creating a viable successful market in South Africa and installations in Spain, Russia, Poland, Israel etc…. and only returning when the customers’ solution is live, a new partnership is up-and-running and another client is completely satisfied with what has been delivered and achieved. Nothing is impossible if it makes good business sense to understand, pursue and deliver the complete solution…
Ray Williams
Managing Partner and Executive Director
Educated in Computer Science at Aston University and with a MBA from Henley Management College Ray previously worked at RedPrairie after LIS, a company he served on the board of as Product Development Director, was acquired.
Throughout the last twenty years he has led functionality and software design innovations in Warehouse Management Systems, often before the market and our competitors realised they needed them but soon realised they had to become used to trying to keep up. With the transition from green screen through Client Server applications into N-Tier Web enabled solutions Ray has always led from the front.
Ray now applies his experience and in depth understanding of what our customers need their Supply Chain Software solutions to do, he continues to innovate and transform their problems into the right answers.
The products Ray has been responsible for developing have been implemented by hundreds of international customers in a wide range of sectors (pharmaceutical, 3PL, Food and Clothes Retail, FMCG, Hi-tech and e-comm etc.) and include names such as M&S, Sainsbury, Waitrose, Glaxo, ASOS, DHL, DSV and many more.
